Registration Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 1002 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes, particularly prior to processing your first withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please notify us immediately by email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 1002 will not be liable for any loss arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 1002 platform agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. The following are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack the platform's systems in any way.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, false payments, or money laundering through the platform.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system through dishonest means, including the use of multiple accounts.
- Posting content that is unlawful, threatening, or harassing to other users.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and in serious cases, legal action may be taken against the user.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All transactions on the 1002 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to the user themselves.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank, and CIMB. All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. 1002 reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit that raises fraud-related concerns.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method used for the deposit or a method verified by the platform. Processing times vary by payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 business hours. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals. 1002 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review purposes where necessary.
Taxes & Financial Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations or financial laws applicable to their activities on this platform under Malaysian law. 1002 does not provide tax or financial advice.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
1002's Limitation of Liability
1002 and its management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business disruption. 1002's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Account Suspension & Closure
1002 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or at the request of a competent authority. Where an account is suspended pending ongoing verification, any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the review process is complete. Where closure follows confirmed fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1002 platform, including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of 1002 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from 1002.

The 1002 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. 1002 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia currently in force.
